Yoga Instructor

My name is Sandra Dee Hicks. I have spent over 20 years in the customer service industry and I am the sole proprietor of SECURE CARE BY SANDRA DEE. I am familiar with the overwhelming feeling of having a full work load and then having to continue on after work hours to tend to a home life.

My life changed in 2004 when I was introduced to yoga. I have always been physically active, always on the go, never giving myself time to relax. With yoga I have found what was missing in my life: "How to Relax". I'm able to work, and tend to my home life without losing control. I'm able to allow my mind to rest so my body can be recharged. I have found my balance and would like to help you find yours.

I have been teaching yoga in the Durham region area since 2004. I have been very fortunate to teach wonderful people at Veridian and Whitby Hydro. I have recently moved to the Tweed area and I am looking forward to giving the experience of yoga to people in this area.

Qualifications

I am a certified yoga instructor under the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. I am fully insured to protect your company and staff.
